THE CONFERENCE

Concerro Client Conference San Diego, California 2010 The 2010 Concerro Annual Client Conference will kick off on Tuesday evening, March 16th and conclude on Friday, March 19th at noon. This year’s event will take place at the fabulous Hyatt Manchester Hotel in downtown San Diego, CA. This comprehensive 3-day program will provide you the opportunity to engage in interactive user sessions, participate in hands-on software training, and network with other users, the Concerro management team, developers, client services and sales staff. Participating in our annual client conference is a great way to meet people like you, who use Concerro’s software and services, and want to see the latest software versions and updates, and share data, software tips and project experience with fellow users. We are thrilled to have our newest CommandAware clients join us at this year’s conference as well, expanding our Concerro family to over 400 hospitals throughout the country!

THE MEETING

The Meeting The 2010 Client Conference will commence on Tuesday evening with a welcome reception atop the Hyatt pool deck overlooking the San Diego Bay, from 5:30pm – 7:30pm.  We will move into a general session format on Wednesday with multiple exhilarating keynote speaker sessions planned, a special welcome from our Concerro executive team, highlights from ShiftSelect and CommandAware clients and their recent successes, and last but not least, our ever popular client awards ceremony. Thursday we will transition into breakout sessions, allowing users more comprehensive product sessions and training. Friday morning will start again with breakout sessions and then move into one final general session to wrap up the week, discuss final thoughts, and participate in live voting. Our meeting will end around 11:30am on Friday, allowing everyone the opportunity to catch a flight back home, or better yet, spend the weekend with friends and family in San Diego! HANDS ON COMPUTER LAB

Our computer lab will be open on Wednesday and Thursday, staffed with a variety of Concerro engineers, service managers, and project managers throughout each day. You can spend time in the lab working independently on the latest software, or sign up for one-on-one time with Concerro staff members. This will provide you the opportunity to get hands on with the product, view the latest software, and inquire about any additional topics you may have.

SPECIAL EVENT

Special EventEach year, Concerro hosts a special event, allowing a chance to step outside and enjoy our beautiful city. This year, we will be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day celebration, Concerro style, at the Embarcadero, San Diego. This grassy knoll is situated along the bay and marina, overlooking the San Diego Bay, the Coronado Bridge and Coronado Island. Upon arrival, grab a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres while enjoying the breathtaking views of the San Diego coastline. The evening will consist of great food, drinks and live entertainment, all while allowing you to mingle with fellow attendees and staff in a more relaxed environment. You do not want to miss this memorable event!

PRE-CONFERENCE SESSION: ShiftSelect - "From Soup to Nuts"

Our pre-conference session is a great way to launch your Concerro Client Conference experience. This special session is offered to our ShiftSelect clients registered for our 2010 Client Conference. The 4-hour session will be offered at the following times: 8:00am - 12:00pm or (repeated at) 1:00pm - 5:00pm


In this hands-on class, we will cover every aspect of Concerro's ShiftSelect product, from setup to self-scheduling, using the newest features in version 5.x. Session features include:
  • How ShiftSelect works as an integrated process
  • Using best practices to get the best outcomes
  • Hands-on build and how it is much easier then you may have thought
  • Creation of your own "mini database" to use during the session
  • Organization of materials to seamlessly fit new features and functionality into your workflow


New users will gain a comprehensive understanding of ShiftSelect and veteran users will gain knowledge on best practices to optimize outcomes. Each pre-conference session is limited to 30 participants. A link to online registration will be emailed to you directly upon completion of your Client Conference registration form.

The Manchester Grand Hyatt is situated along the San Diego Bay, between the popular Seaport Village and the downtown Gaslamp Quarter. TRANSPORTATION

All meeting sessions are held within the Manchester Grand Hyatt, which is located just 3 miles from the San Diego Int’l Airport. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown San Diego, within walking distances to numerous shops, restaurants, bars and activities. You are more than welcome to rent a vehicle, but most of our guests find that they rarely if ever step foot behind the wheel. Therefore we recommend a cab or shuttle service to provide you transport for the 3 mile distance between the airport and the hotel.
