BidShift® Names Graham Barnes as Company's New Chief Executive Officer

San Diego, Calif. November 29, 2007 – San Diego-based BidShift, the leading provider of effective staffing innovations for healthcare providers, announced that Graham Barnes will commence immediately serving as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Chris Grant, BidShift board member and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investments for Kaiser Permanente, said, “Graham brings significant experience to this position. Graham has over 25 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, management, strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing, and systems engineering both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining BidShift, Graham was Senior Vice President at Covad Communications, and the General Manager of the NextWeb Wireless Division. Prior to the merger between NextWeb and Covad, he was the CEO of NextWeb, Inc., California and Nevada's largest fixed-wireless provider for business. Previously, Graham served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Service with Western Multiplex Corporation (subsequently Proxim, now owned by Terabeam), where he led the introduction of market-leading Lynx and Tsunami spread spectrum radios. In 2005, Graham was named finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Ernst & Young's San Jose, California office.

Graham holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, and an MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Santa Clara University.
