    Concerro, formerly known as BidShift, is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company that uses Web 2.0 technology to deliver software and services that achieve excellence in staffing, by enabling employees to connect and collaborate, online anywhere anytime.

    Concerro is looking for an experienced, creative, hard-working individual to join its sales team as a Regional Sales & Relationship Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • To achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives through the sale of the company’s products and services to prospective customers;
    • To develop the sales pipeline for the assigned territory through individual prospecting activities;
    • To coordinate lead generation activities in the assigned territories, inclusive of regional seminars, trade show attendance/participation, and coordinating other marketing activities;
    • To develop a deep understanding of and appropriate utilization of the company’s sales methodology;
    • Effective utilization of the company’s customer relationship management system.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Ability to effectively coordinate and lead a strategic sales effort to large healthcare organizations;
    • Accomplished in the use of a consultative selling model;
    • Proven ability to effectively close sales;
    • Proven ability to work in an independent/remote environment.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of  5 years experience in healthcare information technology related sales, with a proven track record of outstanding sales results;
    • Previous nursing experience and/or healthcare consulting background is strongly preferred;
    • Previous experience in working in a remote/home office based environment is strongly preferred.

    Requirements:

    • 4 year college degree required (BA, BS, etc.);
    • Presently resides in territory (New England, NY, NJ area);
    • Proficient on MS Office product suite;
    • Familiarity with SalesForce.com is a plus but not required.
    • Ability and willingness to travel a significant portion of time (e.g., potentially 3-5 days per week) and related ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
