In order to better meet your educational needs, we have developed a variety of training formats that work even for the most challenged schedules. Our three-pronged approach includes Learning Center Live, Learning Center On-Demand, and Learning Center Classroom. Read on for exciting news about our

Learning Center Classroom Onsite Training

Come to the Concerro office in San Diego March 12 – 16 for a full week of hands-on training! This inaugural event is geared toward Application Administrators and Program Directors interested in developing deep expertise in Concerro solutions. Onsite training will be hosted monthly in the Concerro Learning Center Classroom in San Diego and is intended for new clients as well as existing clients with new App Admins or Program Directors. Learning Center Live

Join Concerro's subject matter specialists on your computer for virtual training sessions. These training sessions are hosted in a virtual classroom so that you can join from the comfort of your desk (or couch). And since the training sessions are live, you can interact directly with the instructors and other students to get the most of your training. Learning Center On Demand

Access educational materials, take computer based training courses (CBTs), and view refresher videos all from the comfort of your desk (or couch). This online resource center has all of the information you need, right when you need it. To access our on-demand resources, submit a Concerro University Learning Center access request.


Virtual Orientation Day

Join our one-day online event from the comfort of your desk as we officially launch Concerro University with our Virtual Orientation Day. Watch keynote speakers, thought leadership presentations, product training sessions, and client success stories. I Interact with Concerro’s subject matter specialists and “mingle” with other Concerro clients in our virtual lounge. Registration is FREE and all attendees will have a chance to win some fabulous prizes!
