System Configuration

User Training & Materials

CommandAware offers webinars, online training, and in-person training to bring your users up to speed quickly. The CommandAware training team can deliver custom tailored onsite training to your staff, as well as provide support during drills and exercises. 

CommandAware is designed with the end-user in mind.  Helpful and easy-to-read user manuals, quick reference guides and other resources are all easily accessible online through CommandAware. In addition, each page in CommandAware provides embedded help links with tips and guidance on how to use that page. 

CommandAware 360

CommandAware 360 is a series of 30-minute regularly scheduled online conferences that give your staff the opportunity to ask questions, receive information about new features, or review previously covered material with a CommandAware expert. All regional implementations include dedicated private CommandAware 360 sessions. Specific CommandAware 360 curriculum can also be tailored to the region or facility’s needs.

Administrator Training

All administrators of CommandAware will receive our easy to read administrator’s user manual and additional resources, as well as individual support as needed, to learn the tools to maintain the CommandAware application tuned to your facility.  In addition, CommandAware offers online and in-person training by our experienced training staff.
