Graham Barnes
Chief Executive OfficerGraham Barnes has over 25 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, management, strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing, systems engineering both domestically and internationally. Prior to Concerro, Barnes was Senior Vice President at Covad Communications and the General Manager of the NextWeb Wireless division. Prior to the merger between NextWeb and Covad he was the CEO of NextWeb, Inc., California and Nevada's largest fixed-wireless provider for business, delivering broadband Internet and VOIP services. NextWeb was named to the prestigious Inc 500 list at position #104, being the #8 company in telecommunications on the Inc 500 list. Additionally, for the second year in a row, NextWeb placed in the Top 5 of the 50 fastest growing Bay Area companies by the East Bay Business Times. Barnes entered the USA in 1980 with Harris Corporation (a $2 billion international communications firm, now partly split off to form Harris Stratex). Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Service with Western Multiplex Corporation (subsequently Proxim, now owned by Terabeam) Barnes lead the introduction of market-leading Lynx and Tsunami spread spectrum radios.
In 2005, Barnes was named finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Ernst & Young's San Jose office. He has a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, and an MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Santa Clara University. Barnes is also a founding member of the Board of Advisors of the Santa Clara University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In November 2006, he was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Sunol Glen School District.

Kathy Douglas, RN
Chief Nursing OfficerAs chief nursing officer, Kathy Douglas is responsible for healthcare strategy, building market penetration and assuring that the current issues facing heathcare are considered as Concerro’s products and services evolve. Kathy oversees Concerro’s nurse advisory boards and customer user groups.
Douglas brings over 20 years of leadership in healthcare and technology. During that time she served as executive vice president of the commercial division for Oceania, one of the first computer based patient record companies, was Vice president of client services for Project Arena and CEO of Montclare Technologies. In the acute care setting she has held the positions of IT Project Manager, Technology Trainer, Education Coordinator and instructor for Intensive Care Nursing, ICU Manager and Nursing Administration Special Project Manager. In addition, Douglas has taught ICU Nursing as a volunteer in India.
Douglas is a registered nurse and holds a master’s degree in health administration from the University of San Francisco. She also graduated from Stanford Business School's Executive Program for Growing Companies.

Michael Saddik
Executive Vice PresidentMichael Saddik is an accomplished strategic executive and brings over 10 years of extensive domestic and international experience in client services, business operations and technical issue resolution. Saddik has played a key role in establishing various corporate initiatives including technical, customer service, and sales departments in the technology and wireless industry.
Saddik is a founding team member of a successful start-up, which has grown to dominate its market segment, achieve national recognition as an Inc 500 company and succeed in a successful M&A exit. As an Executive team member of Next-Web, Saddik led and coordinated client operations teams, participated in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions of five companies by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. Saddik was instrumental in building and growing NextWeb to over $13Million in sales within a 6 year period.
Prior to this experience, Saddik was responsible for the development on an international PC manufacturing company marketing services/products overseas. He created manufacturing processes, factories, assembly line, shipping and receiving processes; as well as corporate identity and branding.
Saddik serves as a Board Member for The Lupus Foundation of Northern California, a non-profit organization since 2005. Currently he is completing his MBA at Pepperdine University with an emphasis on executive leadership.

Cindy Watson
Vice President of Client ServicesCindy Watson is responsible for overall customer direction and retention, with a focus on account management and furthering Concerro's growth in specific healthcare markets. She will also contribute to the company's business development activity, execute strategic product development and focus on increasing the company's visibility.
A senior healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience, Watson brings a unique blend of operations, marketing and sales knowledge to Concerro. Her background also includes start-up operations and strategic business development within privately-owned and publicly-traded healthcare organizations. Watson joins Concerro from her previous post as vice president of strategic operations at AllianceCare, where she developed the company's industry-leading proactive health and wellness model that is currently provided to more than 30 retirement communities in three states. She also previously served as vice president of InteliStaf Healthcare where she managed the clinical, marketing, sales and business development functions for locations across the United States.
Watson holds a bachelor's degree in communications disorders from College of Saint Rose, and a Master of Science degree in communications disorders from Syracuse University.

Wes Staggs
Vice President of Sales and Strategic AlliancesWes Staggs brings more than 15 years experience in healthcare business and technology to the Concerro management team. His role as vice president of sales and strategic alliances calls for the development of new partnerships, managing existing alliances and day-to-day management of the sales team.
Prior to joining Concerro, Staggs was director of global channel management for Agilisys where he provided enterprise resource planning and supply chain solutions to select distribution and manufacturing industries. He held senior level positions at Quovadx where he was director of business development, at HiddenMind Technology as vice president of sales and business development, and at WebMD where he served as vice president of strategic alliances.
Staggs holds a bachelor’s degree in both marketing and professional selling and a Master of Science degree in computer information systems with a specialty in healthcare administration.

Derek Quackenbush
Vice President of Finance and AdministrationDerek Quackenbush brings over 15 years of general business experience in the technology, software development, and software and entertainment publishing industries. Derek is responsible for Concerro’s accounting, finance, HR, and administrative functions.
Prior to joining Concerro, Quackenbush had held several senior-level positions with companies such as New Times Media where he was General Manager of the San Francisco Weekly, Infogrames North America where he was VP of Finance, Sony Computer Entertainment America where he was Director of Finance for 989 Studios, a software publishing division, and Sony Online Entertainment, which he had helped to launch via a joint venture with another Sony operating division. Derek started his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young.
Quackenbush received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ken Coons
Senior Director of MarketingKen Coons brings over 15 years of Marketing and Product Management experience in both small, venture backed and large, publicly traded companies. He is responsible for Concerro's strategic and tactical Marketing efforts: corporate branding, PR, lead generation and sales support.
Prior to joining Concerro, Coons was Director of Product Development at Skylight Healthcare Systems where he was responsible for matching industry direction with the company's 3-5 year strategic product plan. He also held a number of senior-level positions with other companies: MedVantx as the Director of Marketing (and employee #4), and Pyxis (a Cardinal Health Company) as the Senior Product Manager of the $500M MedStation product line.
Coons received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Santa Barbara in Business Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Mark Johnson
Vice President of EngineeringMark Johnson is responsible for software engineering and technical services at Concerro, managing the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, application development, and quality assurance to client deployment and system maintenance. Johnson brings more than 15 years of senior software development and IT management experience focused in the healthcare workforce management industry.
Prior to joining Concerro, Johnson served as Vice President of Development for the staff management and patient scheduling product divisions at Per-Se Technologies. Johnson was responsible for user interface and product design during Per-Se’s development of its enterprise-wide staff scheduling system. He also instituted and directed the company’s Systems Engineering Department, which provided technical implementation and support services to over 1,500 healthcare facilities.
As Vice President of Development at AtStaff, Inc., Johnson drove the development of the physician scheduling and enterprise staffing applications. He more recently served as the Healthcare Product Director at Workbrain, a web-based Time & Attendance company.
Johnson attended college at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and holds a degree in Computer Information Systems.
