Inside Sales Associate (Lead Generation)

The Inside Sales Associate will have a significant impact on the sales team’s success. Lead Generation is an outbound tele-prospecting position which reports to the Director of inside Sales. This individual will:

• Promote the company’s services via telephone.
• Meet objectives which include new business lead generation, appointment setting and team selling goals.
• Utilize professional communication, research, and pre-sales qualification skills.
• Complete proactive outbound prospecting activities to healthcare providers in your assigned territory, for the purpose of delivering a monthly quota of qualified sales leads and meeting appointments for the Outside Regional Managers.
• Utilize enthusiasm, assertiveness, and proven time management skills to make outbound calls and send emails to a targeted prospect base.

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities


• Prospecting, lead generation/qualification, business development and appointment setting for Regional Managers.
• Navigate the corporate structure of potential prospects to identify influencers and decision makers
• Execute lead generation telemarketing activities within the defined territory
• Communicate Concerro’s capability and unique business proposition to prospects
• Collaborate with other sales team members and management to win new opportunities and grow the business
• Document activity and prospects qualification information in SalesForce.com CRM system
• Meet or exceed all quotas, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in team meetings, networking and activities to grow the business
• Manage a prospect base consisting of specific targeted accounts in the assigned territory
• Provide reports on all business development activities and results.

Education/Experience & Skills/Knowledge Requirements


• Undergraduate , college degree preferred
• An understanding of staffing challenges, solutions, in the healthcare industry is desirable
• A minimum 2 years experience in telemarketing/telesales or inside sales
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com (or other CRM systems)
• The ability and desire to sell. Experience with Solution Selling, Customer Centric Selling, Sandler Selling or Selling to VITO (Very important top officers) is desired
• Independent working and decision making skills
• Strong Team Building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The talent to develop relationships via telephone and conduct web-based presentations
• Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to cope with rejection
• Superb telephone etiquette
• High energy, results driven, and motivated
• Strong desire for promotion within our growing sales organization.

 

Travel Requirements


Minimal. Travel limited to training and internal sales/company meetings.

Available shifts: 5:30 AM – 2:30pm and 8:00am – 5:00PM.
